17. March at 19 o'clock, in the Gallery “Radul begov konak”, the first international photo exhibition "PORTRAIT 2011" was opened.
Fifty photo lovers from Zajecar and Bor has been welcomed from curator of the National Museum in Zajecar, Mr. Zoran Kostadinovic. After the welcome, Mr. Kostadinovic noted the long tradition of photographic culture in Zajecar in the hope that this first portraits exhibition will reach at least fifty years of its existence in the future.
President of Photo Club 202 Mr. Rasa Milojevic has presented the statistics of the exhibition and said that, as this is the first exhibition on this subject, it broke all records by number of authors and by number of photos in Serbia.
Exhibition was opened by Mr. Dragoslav Ilic, MFFSS / AFIAP, talking about the quality of the submitted photos in the technical and the esthetic/artistic impression. Mr. Ilic was also pointed out the efforts of members of the Photo Club 202 in organizing large international exhibitions with the desire for long existence on world stage of photo exhibiting.
The exhibition is open for ten days.
The jury consisting of Zoran Purger, Dragan Ilic, HadžiMiodrag Miladinovic, Teodor Radu Pantea and Rasa Milojevic
they had available 7 days to evaluate almost 10,000 photos.
On 26.02.2011. in Belgrade were awarded prizes. Congratulations to all awarded winners.
